Prohibitions: Recording, screen capturing, or distributing streaming content without the written consent of the platform and the respective model is strictly prohibited.
Conduct: Any form of harassment, hate speech, or illegal behavior in live chats will result in immediate account suspension.         

4. PAYMENTS AND VIRTUAL CURRENCY (TOKENS/CREDITS)

Purchases: Premium services and access to certain streams are made by purchasing virtual credits.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the services, payments for credits used are non-refundable.
Subscriptions: If you opt for a recurring subscription, it will be automatically charged until manually canceled by the user.

5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)

You are responsible for any text, image or video posted.
Zero Tolerance Policy: Any content involving minors, non-consensuality (revenge porn) or violence will be reported to the authorities and the account will be permanently deleted.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Elyn provides the technological platform, but is not responsible for the individual actions of models or users during live broadcasts. Interact at your own risk.
7. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
The data collected (email, card details) are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. Bank transactions will appear on your account statement under a discreet name (e.g. "Online Services").
